Stephanie Baglio
Founder

With over eighteen years experience in risk and financial services recruiting, Stephanie Baglio founded Focus Risk Recruiting to address a unique recruiting need. Stephanie’s dedication to excellence is evident in her previous direction of QuantRisk Recruiting, and of Risk Talent Associates North American operations. At these search firms, she recruited senior management roles in market risk, credit risk, risk technology and quantitative analytics for capital markets and asset management clients.

Before joining Risk Talent Associates, Stephanie led a team of recruiters at the Travillian Group, an executive search firm focusing on investment banking and risk management. Prior to that, she served as Recruitment Manager for Barra (now MSCI) and as a Recruiter for Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Stephanie earned her Certification in Human Resources Management with distinction from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a BA in both Policy & Management Studies and French from Dickinson College. She is also fluent in French.
